  • Leads generated through ArrowLocal are passed directly to the listed business. ArrowLocal does not guarantee the quality or quantity of leads.

  • Reviews are submitted by customers and represent their opinions. ArrowLocal does not accept responsibility for the accuracy of reviews.

  • Businesses may respond to reviews, but abusive or defamatory responses will be removed.

4. User Conduct

  • Users must not misuse the directory by posting false information, offensive material, or spam.

  • Any attempt to disrupt the platform, including unauthorised access, scraping, or misuse of data, is prohibited.

5. Liability

  • ArrowLocal provides the directory on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific business results.

  • ArrowLocal is not responsible for transactions or agreements made between businesses and customers found through the platform.

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArrowLocal disclaims liability for any loss or damage arising from use of the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, and design on ArrowLocal remain the property of ArrowLocal unless otherwise stated.

  • Businesses retain ownership of the content they upload but grant ArrowLocal a licence to display it within the directory.

7. Termination

  • ArrowLocal may suspend or delete any account that breaches these terms or is inactive for an extended period.

  • Businesses may request removal of their listing at any time by contacting support.

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
